Annual Community Wide Garage Sale!!
Pick up a map from the Lion’s Club in the Park View Lutheran Church Parking Lot!

A Special Meeting has been called for this coming Monday, March 30, 2015 at 7:00 pm, to discuss the next steps on the covenant issue. It will be held at the Home Owners’ Association Building.

Saturday, April 18th is our annual Park View Clean Up Day! Join your fellow community members to clear away the clutter Winter left us. Let beautify Park View together! We’ll be meeting at 9:00 am at the Home Owners Association Building. Show your support for your community and we’ll see you there!!

Rain date will be April 19th at 1:00 pm

The Park View Women’s Club Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be at Neil Armstrong School (playground) Sat., March 28 at 10am.

Bring baskets and your camera to take a picture with the Easter Bunny!

This event is for ages 0-4th grade, please.

The monthly profile has been mailed and all residents should have received it last week.  The 2015 assessments were also mailed out last week. If you have signed your covenant and/or live in the Dexter/Pacha Additions and have not received yours, please email or call the office.

We are thankful for the members who have taken the time to sign up and to support Park View. We will continue to look to the future and thriving as a community.

Parking Reminder…

If it snows 2 or more inches, the county asks that all residents keep parked vehicles off the streets. The plows need to be able to keep our streets clear of snow and this helps tremendously. Your car can be towed if it is parked on the street.

The Park View Owners’ Association board members would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year! In the next couple weeks we will be updating the website so you, the residents, will be informed of everything that is happening in Park View!  We have had a great turnout thus far with residents resigning their homes to continue to be apart of this great neighborhood. If you haven’t come to one of our open houses to do so, don’t fret, you’ve got a couple more chances. Did you know that by doing this it provides Park View with lush walkways, parks for our children, compost facility, insurance for not one, but four baseball/softball diamonds with concession stands, not to mention a safe place to raise your family. We will be updating the calendar with various activities that are happening here in Park View from the monthly PVOA meetings to the upcoming Spring garage sale date!
